VI and NDE inspection of FP weld;
Witness single car acid test;
Inspection of braking system and door mechanism commissioning;
DI of wagon steel structure, wagon under frame assembly and other components, including final dimension, flatness, straightness, camber, side bending etc.;
Surveillance inspection for all welding procedures including stick welding, root pass welding and finished welds welding to
ensure welding conformed with WPS;
Daily spot check assembly process for all components to ensure assembly work and dimension conformed with procedure requirement.;
Record quality problems deviated from
project specification and drawing found during inspection and keep tracing them till they are closed out;
Wagon blasting and painting inspection
Product final acceptance inspection
Generate daily inspection report.
