Work Responsibility:
Review raw material certificate, hardness test certificate, NDE report (RT,UT,MT,PT);
Review and verify manufacturer certification of authorization and quality system;
Audit/check drawings, calculation specifications conform to the standard specification requirements;
To ensure that construction materials conform to the requirements of the standard specification;
Review the welding procedure, welder and welder operator and NDT personnel qualification;
Monitor the fabrication process(pressure vessel, boiler, pipe and fitting, valve, casing, casting and module);
Visual and dimension inspection after heat treatment after welding;
Witness pressure test: water pressure test, ammonia leakage test, pressure test;
Painting ,marking and final inspection.
Applied standard: ASME Ⅷ, Div.1, ASME Ⅴ, ASME Ⅸ
