Work Responsibility:
Review all the materials and documents, such as painting test reports, including primer, top coat and mid coat reports;
On-site witness the sample of raw material tested by third-party lab;
Witness the review of arrived materials, like flange, steel plate, etc;
Inspect the laying-off and rolling of tower plates;
Inspect the assembly of flange and tower barrel;
Witness longitudinal and girth welding and inspect appearance of welding line;
Witness NDT;
Witness the inspection of dimension, tolerance and foundation ring flatness measurement;
Rust removal and anticorrosion witness and etc.
